One, maybe two, users having an issue where their game hangs when trying to load level?

Hi there! I have an issue where one user’s game is hanging and freezing when trying to load in. I have one unconfirmed report of this also happening to someone else, but apart from that it works fine on all other devices (tested on 100s of others).

I gave them a debug version to try and test, but I cannot see anything in their logs. They have updated their graphics card drivers, I’ve tried messing around with packaging settings, totally emptying the level blueprint, and as far as I can tell there’s nothing in the game instance that would cause this.

I’ve attached their log below. Any help would be much appreciated because I’m pretty stumped! I’m using UE 5.2.

Already tried altering Render Unbuild Preview Shadows In Game, Enable Heterogeneous Volumes, Texture Streaming, etc.
