One account can't update but the other can?

Hello, I’ve just created a new account for the launcher but have noticed some big problems.

Here’s what the launcher looks like on my new account:

  • I have no option to update 4.10
  • 4.9 is installed but tells me it isn’t
  • There is no 4.11 available from the AddVersions

When I log back into my old account, everything looks and works just fine.

Why is there a problem making a new account? I made a business account so purchased assets are saved on there instead of my own personal account, I just can’t make any engine updates with it currently.
