On a PS4 Devkit and Test kit, whenever the game is launched from the PS4 menu, this low res Unreal Icon appears by default and we have been unable to find a way to disable it. This icon does not appear on our windows builds. We have tried utalizing the splash in project settings and that has not worked either.
