Hi everyone! There used to be a “$0/$100” thing in the FAB Payout tab and I don’t see it anymore. I remember almost reaching my payout threshold the last time I saw it and was just expecting a few sales in september to get it at the end of this month. I am not sure where to check that anymore or if it can be checked at all? (The Sales tab seems to show the data correctly but I am kinda concerned about the monthly reports tab showing 0 units like people would maybe refund just after buying without downloading anything.)
Anyway, it would be nice to have the “$0/$100” back if possible unless I am the only one who doesn’t have it which brings another question, Why?
I’d just check https://www.fab.com/portal/analytics/reports/salesand if it’s above 100$ for the selected month you should be paid the next (unless the 100$ need to be the 88% that is paid out then it’d has to be like 110$ or so for a payout next month) Refunds seems to be shown only if you filter by day but it’s not showing if filtered by month as far as I can tell.
The “$0/$100" was removed a while back for everyone, can’t remember when but at least a few months back.
Hi. I’m also worried about that. What is the meaning of having “0 units” in monthly reports tab? It’s a refund? I have A LOT of them every month and, if they are refunds, I don’t know why SO MANY people would buy something and getting refund without downloading it. I don’t know what “0 units” means here.
Thanks a lot, I checked the sales tab and I manually added the revenue I had since my last payout. Something I really shouldn’t need to do in my opinion but I guess that’s how it is now.
Edit: another solution would be to play with the start and end date in the sales tab.
I think it’s just some kind of a bug because I compared it to the sales tab and those few lines with units in the monthly reports tab corresponds to the sales I had that month.
