On Android, Absolute World Position does not work properly on PostProcess material

I knew that the node that tells the location on the world of the currently drawn Pixel is Absolute World Position

That node only works on the PC, but it does not seem to work on Android (ES3.1).
(I have mentioned many of the same issues with Google but I do not have any feedback.)

It does not work on Preview, and the actual symptoms are the same when you actually build and run it on Android.
Unreal is currently using 4.20.1.

If not, are there other alternatives?

I got the same bug on iOS. Unreal 4.21.2
