OMG! Files need Checkout!

This is kinda annoying… started in 4.8. Make a change to one file and all of a sudden, BAM.

This seems to be fixed in 4.9 (at least from what I gather from this answerhub post), it is crazy annoying though!

Ahhhhh good. We probably won’t update to 4.9 this late into this project but glad to know it’s resolved.

I also have this problem.

I was wondering if this might be a multiple monitor error. Do you use 2 or more monitors?
