Offset just a small part of the Viewport on X and Y?

Hey!
I need to offset a small part of the players view on X and Y.
Is it somehow possible?

It´s important to not offset the whole Viewport. Just a small part in the size of a small box. The Viewport should stay in place only the small part should have an offset.

Is it somehow possible?
