Offset in 3D mesh

Hello,

I have a different set of images that are from the same place.
I cannot take new pictures of the set.
As the lighting and the lens conditions varies from differents set I used control points to align the differents components.

At the end, I have some strange offset in the mesh (see picture).
Can you help me to fix them, Is there a specitic way ?

can you show here how do the aligned images look?
How many control points have you used? Are there some also on the showed area? If not, can you place some here?
What kind of images is this? What is the captured object?
