Offline installation and utilisation of TwinMotion / UnrealEngine

Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to install and use the TwinMotion and UnrealEngine software while being completely disconnected from the internet?

Is there an option allowing this type of use?

How is the license of these software managed (Fingerprint offline?)

Looking forward to reading you all,

Yes, you can either install on one machine via the epic launcher and copy the entire version folder or do an installed build (https://dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/create-an-installed-build-of-unreal-engine)

And then start \UE_5.4\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UnrealEditor.exe

Edit: And don’t forget to install the Redist on the target pc (\UE_5.4\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe)
