Is there anyway to setup android offline? My PC don’t have internet access. I follow the installation steps from https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Platforms/Android/GettingStarted/1/index.html, the code works for Android cannot install completely. And it require full version of Visual Studio but not vs express. Is VS free to download? Beside using code works for Android installer, is there anyway to setup android? Thanks for your help
