There was a payment transaction at the beginning of February but it was postponed to the next month because there was a problem with my bank account but still nothing, when I sent an email they said the payment would be completed within a month but I am still waiting.
Hmm it look like they get a status report payment on their side in the middle of March i believe so i guess you should re contact them this week and see if they can do anything.
Hi Abby, I contacted the support team but I can say that I got insufficient answers. I was told that I have to wait until April. Everything seems correct but I don’t understand why I have to wait until April. This really doesn’t motivate me.
