Odd stripe bug

I have some very odd striping going on in my scene (see screenshot). I’ve been trying everything I could find, from shadow bias to different renderers. If I move away further from the scene the stripes increase in size.
Does anyone know what could cause this issue?

Another strange thing is that this issue is visible in all my maps, it wasn’t an issue before yesterday (I was tweaking the colours of a material and suddenly this…)
