Post-Process Settings:

If you’re developing for mobile VR, you’ll want Project Settings → Mobile HDR to be Off
(Unrelated, but you’ll want ‘Mobile Multi-View’ to be On)

Lights:

Also for mobile VR you’d probably not want to use dynamic lighting. You can change the lights ‘mobility’ setting per light.

Shader Permutation:

Search ‘Project Settings’ for “shader permutation” I’ve never needed to change these, but not supporting certain features in shaders would be an optimization.
