Oculus can't handle more than 2GB APK?? Unreal Engine #4-27

MacOS. UE 4-27 Oculus Quest 2 (256GB) Version Tag #4-27
Settings: Package only level, No editor content. No movies in level.

I’m packaging a (seemingly) small environment and fails with error :OBB may be larger than 2GB.

I’ve seen and used larger environments. What gives? Do I need to segments every 10 feet of space with a new level?
