Objects are flying around as soon as rendering is started or Play or Simulate is used

I am trying to visualize a house in a landscape but parts of my house are flying around like in an explosion as soon as I start a Render or hit “Play” or “Simulate”.
The problem is clearly visible in the video attached.
The Problem does not occur if I set up a Sequencer and run the sequencer. The House consists of imported Models from a different site in an FBX format.
I suspect issues with the Center of Gravity or Pivot but I tried all options like Set as Pivot Offset, Reset Pivot Offset, Set Pivot Offset Here, Set Pivot Offset Here (snapped) Center on Selection" without success.
UE 5.3 is used.
Hay anybody an ide how to prevent the meshes from flying around?

Looks like you’ve got ‘simular physics’ set on the meshes?

THX! Looks lithe that’s the one!
