Objects and images (views) missing after save!

I've imported some FBX objects and set up several "scenes" via the create image in media mode. However, when I save the file and re-open the file, a bunch of objects in the scene is missing and all the images (views) in media mode are gone.

I've also set up autosave and these files are also missing the same items when I open those as well.
