Object rotation around it's center

Hello all.
I ll be fast - I need flat circle (for example car wheel) to rotate arount it s own center, For now it s rotating aroung “world” somehow T_T.
The interesting thing that not round aktors rotating with around themselves just how i need. But not the stupid circle.
Any ideas? Thank you
P.S. I m sure that its pivot problem, but cannot center it to circle…

In the blueprint, attach a Scene Component, then attach the wheel to that component, at the center. Then rotate the Scene Component.

Its perfect problem solving when you cant be bothered to centre the object in 3D software first. Best work around when multiple people are creating your assets.
