Object binding to character in sequencer not working in 5.4

I’m trying to bind an object to a character in the sequencer. When I click the “attach” button, no menu for the bones to bind to comes up. I tried this in 5.5 and it works. Is there any work around for this in 5.4? Our project cannot be upgraded right now.

Is it spawnable and not spawned?

No. It’s not spawnable. I’m animating 12 volleyball players on a court. I need to attach the ball to a persons hand in sequencer but I don’t get the pop up to bind it to a bone like in UE 5.3. I’m not sure if this is a bug with 5.4 but it doesn’t work the way it used to.

I just tried it in 5.4. I am able to get through to the bones from an Attach Track. I have only ever seen this when the character is not in the level either from not being spawned or hidden.

I figured it out. I started a new project and 5.4 works with binding in sequencer. It stopped working as soon as I enabled my 3D connexion space mouse plugin. Thanks to everyone for looking into my problem.
