Nvidia Flex Water Tips?

Does anyone have any good tips on getting flex water to look more fluid and “water-like?” All of the emitters in the sample and that I can create are a much thicker, more gelatinous fluid that doesn’t really flow like water.

Also, for the emitters in the sample, how can I control how much fluid is pumped out? Currently they stop after a couple seconds, or I guess after a certain amount of particles have been emitted. I can’t seem to figure out how to make it keep spitting out fluid forever.
