Im using rtx3060ti do i need to modify nvidia setting in control panel to get higher quality

Thank you for posting your question in the community. I am not positive where you are having quality issues and if you can elaborate a little bit more it would be helpful to best answer your question. You can find the quality settings in the preferences settings > quality menu.
You do have settings you can adjust in the Nvidia control panel but typically the default work well with Twinmotion and there is no need to adjust them.
