I believe the $100,000 limit applies to your Total Revenue from any product produced that uses the PhysX SDK and APEX technology. Total= All-Time Revenue. I would expect Royalties would be in order, but i suggest you contact nVidia directly to get accurate infos.
Already tried 3 times contacted with technical support they said we don’t know. Tried to mail their support side, no answers
