Since about couple of weeks ago, when logging into any software/service which uses Epic account with 2FA enabled, when trying to type in the numbers, numpad input doesn’t work. The number key row does, but there’s no reason numpad should not.

Just the 2FA 6 digit number code. At least I hope so, but I haven’t verified it. I always copy my password from the password manager and my mail address doesn’t contain numbers.

Please vote up if you have the same issue. I saw the vote count was still at 0 when I arrived. It may help raising ticket priority (I don’t know how Epic works but some teams check the vote count first).

Thought that was my K/B, but the numbers of the top works well, and the numpad is the issue in 2FA
Hitting the enter key doesn’t work either. Kind of frustrating to type, hit enter and have nothing happen. Then have to find your mouse to navigate to the verify button
