Im using a make human Skeleton which has about 170 bones, the question is:
Are many bones slowing down the Game mutch or is it ok to use so many Bones?

Please take a look at the post below. They talk about the bone count as well as bone weights per vertex.

Ok so I can use many Bones in UE 4 but it costs just Power if i use more than 4 Bones per Vertex ?
Yes, the default max amount of bones is 255 but that can be changed if needed and anything over 4 bone weights per vertex will cost more performance wise.
I would suggest sticking to 4 or fewer unless the extra bone weights are needed (for realism or the like). If you are developing for mobile you definitely want to keep the bone weight limit down.
