Now that it's possible to give some weapons that couldn't be given to the guards before, how do I change their skin?

I have seen that it is possible to change the default skin of the guards for the skin of the mannequin, but I tried others and the session does not load. Apart from the mannequin, is there more skin that can be changed?

I would also like to know if I can put my own skins, but below the dummy skin there is a dark green bar that I don’t know what type of file it is.
Can you change the skin of the guards with Verse?
