Notification of Release form down?

I have to submit a release notification for my upcoming game but when I try to go to the form via the following website it says the page is down.

Hey there @mercuriusfm! I’ll see if I can put in a message with the correct team to see if this is intentional and there’s another form or if changes to the EULA have/or are occurring. I’m seeing the same.
