Nothing renders on Android ES 2.0

I built game with both ES 2.0 and ES 3.1 support. On my phone it looks right: https://i.imgur.com/pSQd9By.jpg
But on cheap phone everything is disappear: https://i.imgur.com/39bfZrt.jpg
My phone uses ES 3.1, cheap one uses ES 2.0. I tried to switch between previews in editor, but everything is ok there.
What can it be?
