Not the Engine Nor the games made by Unreal Engine 5.5.4 Work on my computer

As the title suggests Unreal Engine 5.5.4 doesnt work on my computer it doesnt even start i open the project it gets almost at the 100 percent and turns off the engine and returns to epic games. You might think just use other version (5.6.0 and 5.4.4 works flawlessly and i ve been developping on them for a while). It is not just a engine problem. Games made and packed by UE 5.5.4 doesnt start on my computer either, same problem turns on for a sec black screen then shuts off. Both steam released games and self packed games behave the same. Thanks for the help.

Pc specs:
Cpu: intel i3 10100f
Ram: 16 gb ddr4
GPU: Intel Arc a750

Try copying the Config folder from them (if they work).

Is this a new empty project, or a project converted from another version of the engine?

tried both of them neither works and other released games made in 5.5.4 doesnt work on my computer either i literally cannot play a game i bought on steam that is made on that version
