Not receiving “Trader Verification” onboarding email

Summary

I’m having this issue.

“Since the e-mail provided to Trolley differs from the email used for your Epic Games…”

But I didn’t provide any e-mail to Trolley, this is not my correct e-mail address, and I cannot receive any verification code.

My correct email is “fernando.bernardo82@gmail.com”

Since the e-mail is wrong I cannot receive any digit code to proceed.

Steps to Reproduce

My problem is related to the e-mail address provided to Trolley, it’s not correct.

Expected Result

I cannot proceed until I receive the 6-digit to the right e-mail address.

Observed Result

I don’t know.

You will need to contact support https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport
so that they reset your trader info.

I believe they were planning to add a reset button for this kind of issue.
