Not possible to download any objects from Sketchfab (and Megascan)

I can’t download any objects from Sketchfab and Megascan. No download arrow is highlighted. Nothing happens too when hover over with the mouse.

are you sure to be logged in?
in the top right icon, are you signed in, or do you see something like that?
