i was tryin to update unreal engine but while downloading its stuck on initializing for hours. how to fix. i tried reinstalling waiting a long time for unreal and epic to download again but not working. give me a solution and let me have a talk with human support
nothing works i tried clearing cache, reinstalling everything, risked my projects being lost, tried a different internet, nothing seems to work. why is it not downloading things.

i tried clearing cache, ran as administrator, tried switching dns , verified the files even on a fresh install.
it does not even let me change the queue so i can download anything else
i wasted 6 hours of my work . and 3 hours from last night due to this issue. this is just too glitchy. i tried every solution i could find on internet. tried talking here to support and they said to go to unreal support. i couldnt find a way to contact a human there so i am back. and this an issue with the launcher. please help me fix it.i cant even cancel the downlaod rn
