Not downloading content again

Hi,

Same old problem - purchased item on the marketplace - go to download - no error, no log entry, (no syncing error on this occasion), no download

Item: Tuning Cars Kit.

Please can you fix this.

While on the subject of bugs in the launcher:

• Often language/character set will change to something random.
• Marketplace emails do not display correctly (see attached snap)
• The launcher does not support en-nz
• The launcher thinks the path to localization data is too long
• There is a pause of often up to 20 seconds before an item in the marketplace will display its page after clicking on its thumb (10Mps speeds here)

I am currently looking into the issue you are having with Tuning Cars Kit at this time. In the meantime, can you please send over an email to marketplace-support@unrealengine.com with these concerns so we have our technical team eyes on this as well?
