Not detecting .fbx imports (no prompt)

I created a new project, and while the project is opening, I started dragging about 100 .fbx meshes into the Explorer window (instead of waiting for the project to finish loading and then start dragging). This caused the project to not detect the .fbx import and not give me an “import all” prompt, and now I have to click the “Import” button 1-by-1 to import the 100 meshes.

Is there a way to make UE4 go through its folders and check for any unimported meshes?
