After downloading from Quixel some assets (Thai rocks for me), possibly Nanite related, load in tediously slow first round. You have to access click on or use each of them to get them to appear complete.
Perhaps my pc not fast enough but reporting this sluggish anyway. Not really a problem just a long wait time esp if you have a lot of assets you want to add in a project.
