Not able to use military characters from marketplace

I purchased the millitary characters in the marketplace but it says they are unavailable when i go to download the characters for UE4.6 or UE4.5. Military character dark works fine but military character silver is unavailable.

Nevermind. I fixed the issue. i had to go into my library and update the character pack there.
