not able to luanch UE after running first time after it reaches 39% shader i face this

Found a solution
Works for me in UE5.5.0 with r.ShaderDevelopmentMode=1 , r.XGEShaderCompile = 0 and r.Shaders.AllowCompilingThroughWorkers=0 uncomment worked for me on windows 11
