Not able to learn engrams ingame

Hey,

I tried to create some Items to spawn some bosses ingame.
I am able to learn the engrams in the dev kit but when i cook the mod and add it to my server i am not able to learn any engram.
I can see the engrams ingame but when I double click them it does have no effect.
What could cause this issue?
I used PrimalItemConsumableGeneric and Enabled “Use Spawn actor” and set the spawn actor for the Item.

In the engram file, make sure it is pointed to your item. You can use the magnifying glass in the file to see which primalitem it’s pointing to.

Seems to be the right item.
I am also able to learn the engrams and craft the item when i test it in the dev kit.
Am I able to use scorched earth items in the center?
