Not able to enroll for the creator portal.

I’ve seen multiple posts about this exakt topic but there doesn’t seem to be a clear solution to this problem.

Whenever I try to apply for the program I get the same error stating that I don’t meet the eligibility requirements, those requirements being not spending at least 7 of the last 30 days in uefn, fortnite creative or unreal engine. Right now I have about 30 hours of playtime in Uefn and I am sure that these are spanned across at least 7 days.

One way of bypassing this requirement is by spending $75 USD in the fortnite shop but I saw one post where this method still didn’t fix the issue.

Hi there! I work on the UEFN documentation team. If you can provide me with your Creator Portal username and Epic ID, I can pass it along to the Creator Portal team and see what’s blocking you.

Hi is there anyway you could do this for me as well, as My account is old, and I have spent +75$ and i still can’t apply, I also have access to support a creator so whats my issue?
