in the export… tab “mesh” is not available

Hello Dumeniou,
you can see your installed version in top-right corner, where is: Demo RC. Or you can check the version when you click on blue question mark.
Go to https://www.capturingreality.com/My, login and download the latest version: RealityCapture version 1.0.2.2810 RC (make sure you don’t download DEMO) and install it.
You should be able to export your models (etc.) from new projects you will create.
BUT: You can’t export models from projects created in DEMO version. So unfortunately your work will be lost.
