No matter which layout I select, I can’t double-click an image on the left hierarchy to view it.
With the 4pane layout I can see SOME image on the bottom, but I can’t view any other, and I have no idea what the image is shown on the bottom. I don’t understand the logic.
How can I show an image?
For example, I want to quickly check the control point for a certain image:
How is that possible?
Since I expect that this should work, I’ll post it in the bug section as a possible bug.
I created the project anew from scratch, and now it suddenly works in the 4 pane layout.
Previously it didn’t.
I swear. I nearly went crazy over it.

double click in 1Ds does not open the image in 2D view. You can drag and drop image from 1Ds view to 2D view to display it or you can mark it with the same color as the color of the 2D view (the default color when selecting in 1Ds view is blue).
