[NOT A BUG] CR software cannot be re activated under a new account

Hello,

 

I downloaded CR PPI and I activated it as “anonymous offline user”. I Found that it was very good I signed up for an account and purchased 4000 PPI credits.

 

However, the RC software is not linked to my account.So I cant export anything.

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling RC, however the activation screen does not appear again.

How to open up the activation screen and link it back to my account?

please navigate to the workflow tab - settings - licenses - change application owner
The activation screen should pop up then.
