[NOT A BUG] Can't create distance

Hi,

Clicking “create distance” appears to do nothing, and I’m unable to add a distance.

I just did the following.

Created a load of points, some to help alignment where not enough/good enough photos were collected on site, so to add distances for scale.

Clicked “add distance”

Gave the distance a name

Tried to add a start point by typing the name. I got the name wrong, and it disappeared.

Clicked the point to copy the name.

At this point, the distance form had gone, and clicking new distance now does nothing. Closing RC and restarting, and re-loading the project, doesn’t clear this - clicking “add distance” still does nothing.

I’ve put some hours into adding the points to this project, now I’m stuck.

Argh, sorry, I see an empty distance constraint is added, but under a subtree of constraints, under control points.

A constraint isn’t a kind of control point, so this isn’t an intuitive place to look, and by the time I’d added 20 control points, the subtree (which appears above the control points) is nowhere near the “create distance” item (right at the bottom, underneath all of the points), so I didn’t see the change.

But just a UI issue.
