-NoShippingConfigs is not working as expected

-NoShippingConfigs parameter for GenerateProjectFiles.bat seems to not be working as it is supposed to work in current GitHub 4.10 branch. It makes UBT to not generate Test configuration but it still generates Shipping configuration. It isn’t super urgent but it would be nice if it was fixed.

PS. If you have any clues or a patch that I can integrate into my code right now, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Robert-

It appears CrashReportClient was adding a shipping config even when using this argument. This has been addressed and a fix will be included with a future update to the engine.
