Per your provided screenshot, this issue has multiple causes. Let’s check possible methods for resolution:

Please make sure the issue is isolated to your normal map, by removing it from your asset, and checking for any other black/shadowy areas

Re-bake your normal map using weigthed normals, and make sure they are all front facing

If the issue persists, test disabling ray tracing shadow, either from project settings, or using the following commands:
*r.Raytracing.Shadows.EnableTwoSidedGeometry 0 *
r.RayTracing.Nanite.Mode 1 -
