Thank you for the report, the team is looking into this.
Talking to the devs it sounds like the issue is that the landscape is extending past the bounds of the water zone, which is not supported. Either the water zone would need to be enlarged, or the landscape made smaller to fit. Currently the editor isn’t doing a great job of communicating the problem, but in the future we might look into some solutions for this, maybe a blueprint that expands the bounds of the water automatically, for example.
