Normal - UEFN - Allow us to induce the "slow-mo" effect from within UEFN/Live edit

The “slow-mo” effect that is used when a round ends is very iconic to FN and could be used in some very cool ways.

If we’re worried about performance or some other factors maybe it could be rate limited to once per minute, for example.

For example If I score a goal with Ball from the Ball Spawner device, a slow-mo effect here would be fantastic.

Or if I sequence my own end game state and want to use the slow-mo effect to help signal that without immediately ending the round, that would also be very beneficial. If UEFN is to allow us to distance its self from the standard FN experience then allowing us to create the flow of our own “end game” states is part of that.
