Normal Map Causing Weird Shading

So I modelled a car in Maya, put it into blender to do materials. The effect I wanted to create was done by painting the normal map and now that ive put everything into Unreal the normal map doesn’t show the dents as well as there being weird shading at the front.

Im relatively new to this so any help and advice is appreciated.
