Normal map and roughness don't work

Hello guys, I have this problem in Unreal Engine 4. The texture are not working correctly like in Substance Painter. Would anyone know how to solve it?
Note: I disabled RGB for metallic, roughness and ambient occlusion. And normal map is DirectX

Look pretty good to me. What specifically is the problem, not rough enough?

Look, it looks so different to me. Everything in Unreal looks stronger/exaggerated.
And I built the light with “High” quality


You can get the same result by tweaking the metallic ( down maybe .5 ) and roughness ( up a bit ).

The best way is to put a multiplier on those threads and just tweak it a little until it looks ok.
