Normal - Ability to pause URC so we can work

URC makes working with UEFN extremely sluggish (6 seconds of waiting per edit, any edit), so the ability to pause it then come back to it when we have work to sync would be preferable, it ll allow us to work 5 times more efficient.

Not sure if turning it off will have that effect, cause I don’t know if it still saves a snapshot if we do that.
