Hi All
I’m must be doing something wrong as i don’t have an option to install the engine from the launcher. Says Not Installed but no other option. Hoping someone can point me int he right direction.

That’s the launch shortcut, since you don’t have any versions of UE4 installed it won’t list anything there. Switch to the Library tab and that screen will allow you to select a version to download and install.
Not that library. The library tab of the first image (unreal engine | learn | marketplace | **library **| twinmotion).
