NOOB question: How to create real world topography landscape from a google map snapshot?

I’d like to recreate a real-world location in Unreal using a google map snapshot. Is it possible to simply overlay a google maps screenshot of the area and then scale it in unreal and sculpt overtop (like you might paint under a semi-transparent layer in photoshop)? Does anyone have a tutorial for this (Including adding trees/grass/rocks/lake/river)? Thank you.
